Most of the time foods either lunch or breakfast or snacks are offered from the office,also got some free hours where we can do employee activities.

Dislikes

Very poor Management and Salary is never on time also 2months salary is still pending. Too much of mental pressure, no respect for the employees.

...ment is not so good ..only heavy politics ...No government rules are followed...Salary is not given for 4-5 months to the employees..No value for honest and hard work...Job security 0.its experience is not valuable to other electrical sectors.

no career growth only the relative of the officers get promoted...or the person who have political influence or a gunda are getting good salary and promotion too

There is so much little to like here, may be the local staffs who are working here have a good hearts nothing more..

It has a long list. 1. Salary pending for 2 months now. 2. No overtime salary. 3. They donot give you promoting only impose extra work. 4. No bonus or leave if worked in a holiday. 5. No solution is provided for real time problems, only "jumla" is done here.

... F&f, they are busy to spend their time in 5 star hotels with massage and spa. They never provide salary on time... Even no one can accept professional behavior from higher Management... Management usually try to misuse people's weakness specially it happens with girls only... Girls usually get higher position or promotion easily If they are ready to do whatever they want. Lots of inside politics are there. No job security. No work life balance. And if you try to raise your voice against this then you might loose your position. Narayan Bhattacharjee is the main culprit. He is just trying to make this company as something like bar or club.

... of view of employees. No vision of company. HR have no idea why they hired for. Non timely salary disbursement sometimes they take 5-6 months. Don't every join FIPL & any feedback group.
