Company policies is very simple do work and get money and job security is good but don't stay here after 1yr experience and work culture pathetic, and in pune there no management and management team is remotely handles the pune office from Ahmedabad..😅

...s good company but after 1 yr there is no reason to continue with this company. Bucz company policies are poor and poor salary hike...

It is my first medical billing company and it is self learning process

...at if you leave your company then again you can not joint company , for leaves . you have to fight etc , you can not understand salary structure easily.

They give good salary and bonus in every year but it depends team in which you are selected. If your team head or project head is good you are lucky☺ but if your team head or project head who are not think about teammates it's not growth for you.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is very slow even employ is working hard and he/she is give his/her efforts, they give their 100%but still they are not think about any promotion. When employe have atleast 3-4yrs experience in same company, they have to think about the growth but they are just talking about growth but not take any action even they have taken an exam for promotolion but they didn't take any interview (this rule is for only our team) other teams have different rules which is not good 😞 Here, those people are growing who are expert in politics also higher management is relay on these people. Even there are different rules for promotion for each team and each member. If an employe has good relation with higher management they are directly promoted but they don't think about those people who are really work for fedora. So, if you work for fedora you have to maintain a good relation with higher management. 😊 I have another experience about refferals, Me and my colleagues has give a refferal for job to fedora but they didn't selected if they all are intelligent that means no meaning of reffer this job to other peoples. Moreover, they are not given proper training to new joinees but their expectation is vey high.

You need to work 2-3 hrs extra almost everyday without extra pay or shift allowance . Environment is not friendly. Have parking issue. Company doesn't dispatch your official document on time . Favouritism is there. Seniors of other team behave rudely.

There is good job training for freshers .

Compensation is decent , but growth is very slow . The work pressure is very high . Sometimes, I have to work 16-18 hours .managers do not value an individual's unique strengths .
