culture, continous restructuring, older technology, favouritism, existing people not allowing new-comers in projects, no knowledge sharing, people ask to read SharePoint instead of sharing knowledge, too many processes which needs to be learnt only on SharePoint documents

Professionalism is good well mannered people with good class and culture salary on 25th on time always

No growth no hikes no increment nothing, even if u take initiative there is no growth ulll be stuck to just yearly increments which is peanuts or child’s pocket money worth lesser ig

Good work culture and enviornment, its 5 days working here with plenty of leaves. Company policies are decent.

The compensation is very less and less scope of career growth here. The appraisals is very low here. Feedback are given but that should be implemented too.

The hr and admin is well managed.

Dislikes

They make you work like a slave doing menial tasks. You are forced to do overtime at very menial pay. No job growth. Lots of politics and no support from team leaders or management. All of the good people have left over the years. They will harass you even for taking 2-3 minutes longer loo breaks. People are treated like shit and their customers are too. They underhire and customers don't get their updates on time and all the blame goes to people at the lowest end of the foodchain- the customer care are delivery agents.

It was best when US people were taking care of india operations . Good policies and compensation , benifits were designed for employees

Dislikes

Manager is everything in fedex. He have complete hold on your growth, increment , so if your manager is not good or you dont have good relationship then your growth will stop, very less hr intervention .
