The hr and admin is well managed.

Dislikes

They make you work like a slave doing menial tasks. You are forced to do overtime at very menial pay. No job growth. Lots of politics and no support from team leaders or management. All of the good people have left over the years. They will harass you even for taking 2-3 minutes longer loo breaks. People are treated like shit and their customers are too. They underhire and customers don't get their updates on time and all the blame goes to people at the lowest end of the foodchain- the customer care are delivery agents.

Learning and development specialists was very good interactive learning.

Manager name as Dominic he think that he was giving to salary to employees. Very rude behavior. No career growth do only cut copy paste work .pathetic no learning at all .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a management career growth is slow. On the job is not given to new joinees.

Not much career oriented atmosphere! Feel helpless more of the time! Company is good but politics play by senior level staff not good at all!!apprical on time but as per work profile salary is too less

Its been 3 yrs now , it is good company, but this company pays more salary to newly joined employees which is negative for those who r working since long time , managers and tl are selected from outside , tenured employees r not selected
