Learning part is good but work life balance is not measured. Job responsibilities do not distributed properly.

Salary growth is slow. Management do not address your issues. At promotion no special increment is given. Middle management is not paid well. Average increment is 7% to 8% only.

Due to Covid situation , Knocking of EV on door , Diesel Engine stoppage-- Job security is bit concer. Management is good-- Policies are favourable

... reality comes when you get into the pond . Still Poltics are major concern-- Salary is decent -- Way less than Compared to NCR region.

The company is very good & dealing with high quality of products, which market value is very high. Another plus point is that all of my colleagues from deferent background but we have worked with happily in collaboration.

Growth is very poor, salary structure is very poor even after hard working. Boss coordination is not good. During my time i haven't got satisfactory appraisal even after all of my clients satisfaction. Many times i have received application mai from clients. I haven't got any job training during my time. Coordination of boss is very painful.

The company’s management is excellent with a well educated senior management and HR team. The facilities are top notch, the canteen food is good, and everyone maintains a respectful nature. Overall, it is a stress-free environment.

The salary is not competitive as expected appraisal are difficult to obtain and often involve long waiting periods

Very good experience and training for diploma holders with excellent pay scale, the top management is very supportive, and helps to learn a lot. All the facilities provided within the boundary. Job confirmation is based on work output of two years.
