The salary was good and credited on time every month. The work load was very less as compared to India. I had to go only for the lecture hours. The management is very co-operative. We can get as much leaves as needed.

Government is where decisions are taken. Policies that govern every programme are formulated and developed at the government level. It is at this level a lot of issues affecting the country their decisions are made. So I like to walk at this level because it gives me the opportunity to influence good policies that positively affect humanity.

Opportunity for growth, job satisfaction, excellent work environment, provision for adequate and effective training of staff. Though the remuneration is just average, but other opportunities make working here an excellent experience. Job security is almost taken for granted.

It is a federal health institution and so job security is certain and learning of new skills and procedures were readily achieved. I love the fact that I was send for further studies, where I specialized on intensive care. Team work is of essence and propels one professionally. The system is somewhat fair in general.

Even though the renumeration is of federal scale, but stagnation is too much. There is much workload but few staff. What detest me most is playing of politics on every aspect with sentiment on religion, favouritism, tribalism and sectionalism, the slogan of who you know will make you get what you is obvious. No motivation and staff welfare is very poor.
