They do not have a fixed salary increment cycle. It's only upto the leadership whether to provide salary raise. No salary correction for last 3 years. Hence there is no financial growth

Will develop management skills since lot of work will be handed over to you even if you are a fresher. You can work here as long as you want. They have excellent job security.

Long working hours, Low salary compared to the work you do, less hike

...ast work. Much work can't be assured as they don't have good projects for India. Salary and appraisal process is pathetic. They do give importance to innovation but beware of office politics, ideas can be stolen easily without you getting known, the middle management is not supportive. Definitely no career growth, you will be at same place even if you work for lifelong in this company. I haven't seen anyone growing.

On basis of work it is not that much.

Well they do not allot people teams based on their profile or technical skill but however it is totally random and done by the HR , which is terrible.however it is more of a personal view because it happened with me and it does not happen with everyone but if unfortunately it happens it would be impossible to change the department.

Lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

No career growth, even after 10 years of experience one would be doing the same work, HR just doesn't care about financial and career growth of employees. Managers too are more worried for their own growth.
