Need to improve the company's work culture, there is no structure right now. They have a tremendous facility but since they do not have a business it has become a liability to them. A lot of politics among the staff, no professionalism at all.

No job security. MD is having childish behaviour, he has got the throne by his father's. He thinks like he is Badshaha of his small saltanat and everyone need to do as per his favor... No ethics and corporate culture in the organisation.
