Very bad salary structure.. My salary even was not credited of the last month (November ) i worked so i left the organization with 0 compensation.. They charge a huge amt of money frm students but cant serve that good.

...ditionally, the decision-making process can be slow, causing delays in projects. The compensation and benefits could also be more competitive with industry standards. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in these areas. That being said, everything else about the company is fantastic. The work environment is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities for career growth. Management is approachable, and work-life balance is highly valued. Overall, it’s been a great place to develop professionally.
