Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Fascet is a professional Consultant firm and Alliance partner of SS&C Advent. Mainly into Advent APX and Geneva hosting. Providing operational and IT support. Building new report and customise things as per client requirement. It's a really good experience to work with Fascet LLC I have been associated since past six months. I work as a consultant and it's really great exposure in terms of learning, face to face interaction with client, pay scale is really good as compared to other MNC.

Major client is based in Saudi Arabia so need to visit every time. Apart from this overall experience is good.
