I dont know about other departments, but as far as accounts dept is concerned, politics, biasness & inaccuracy is at its highest level by its own departmental leaders.

Azadi kahin per bhi aur koi bhi state mein purchase kar sakte hain aur sel kar sakte hain.

Jo kam ham certified karke Apne Boss ko batate hain aur vah Kam nahin kar paate Hain Boss vah hamen na pasand hai.

Company working and life balance is very good and salary payment is good and for an emergency company staff and management is very supportive

Any person think for permanent future in Farmart this is very terrible and not any job security in this company this is like a not secured job

People are very good. Work environment is also good......work life balance is on top. I learnt alot....salaries are not that upto mark but for start and to learn the place is very good.
