Farmart is doing very good work in agri commodity but there are many shortcomings in farmart like not to compete with the farmers...not to find the best police for their farmers etc. rest of the time farmart needs to grow in the agriculture sector. or want to have nice beverages with your employer

Absolutely! The CEO of FarMart company is really great. Their leadership and vision are commendable:)

one more thing I don't like about working at FarMart is the stressful work environment.

I dont know about other departments, but as far as accounts dept is concerned, politics, biasness & inaccuracy is at its highest level by its own departmental leaders.

Azadi kahin per bhi aur koi bhi state mein purchase kar sakte hain aur sel kar sakte hain.

Jo kam ham certified karke Apne Boss ko batate hain aur vah Kam nahin kar paate Hain Boss vah hamen na pasand hai.

Company working and life balance is very good and salary payment is good and for an emergency company staff and management is very supportive

Dislikes

Any person think for permanent future in Farmart this is very terrible and not any job security in this company this is like a not secured job
