Unprofessional pocket mar people working in this company ,They dont pay salary to their staff and their Tour expenses. Totally Froud People ,please do not join this company and please don't buy this company products there is no after sales service and no spare part.They will talk very high they have everything as they are manufacturers but its not like that .You will waste your money. They want cash payment for everything well in advance after that party and employee will suffer with never ending follow-up. They don't fulfil there commitment with employee and dealer and customers.

Unprofessional co and unprofessional people working . No job security. No Salary payment and no official tour expenses payment to their field staff. you have to pay from you pocket of you want work with them . No quality products they want cash payment from all dealer distributors ,saman time se milne ki koi garunty nhi hain. quality and spare parts and after sales service to aap bhul jao. baki if you are lucky then sabkuch RAM BHAROSE.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

My experience of working in Falcon Garden Tools was Terrible. I worked here for almost 8 months, but I left due to Irresponsible n Stupid Management. The word "Professionalism" does not exist here at all. They do not even know how to manage there manpower. Lack of Impressive planning Execution. No Vision, No Trainings, No Capable HR. I suggest dont even think to go there for work, U'll definitely curse ur decision.
