There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Nothing to like in this company ,if you will work you will curse your fate and decision after 1-2 months ,you will end up with time waste, money waste ,your personal image in the market will spoil. Unprofessional pocket mar people working in this company ,They dont pay salary to their staff and their Tour expenses. Totally FroudPeople ,please do not join this company and please don't buy this company products there is no after sales service and no spare part.They will talk very high they have everything as they are manufacturers but its not like that .You will waste your money. They want cash payment for everything well in advance after that party and employee will suffer with never ending follow-up. Unprofessional co and unprofessional people working . No job security. No Salary payment and no official tour expenses payment to their field staff. you have to pay from you pocket of you want work with them . My experience of working in Falcon Garden Tools was Terrible. I worked here for almost 8 months, but I left due to Irresponsible n Stupid Management. The word "Professionalism" does not exist here at all. They do not even know how to manage there manpower. Lack of Impressive planning Execution. No Vision, No Trainings, No Capable HR.
