Nothing, there is nothing to like about Fairdeal. market. They do what so ever they want, the ceo Prateek Bansal is very impatient and he doesn’t understand people and the HR…. Oh my god what to tell about her, they just want their employees to be servant and act like that also.

No Answer of this, because this company is known for multiple dislikes.

Dislikes

This is purely a Lala Company. Founder's are stupid, only they are taking about Startup but behave is like a lala company. They have no vision and always focus on deduct salaries of their employees. Management Team is fully based on Chamchagiri. Politics and bad work culture is on top. Bad decision to join this company. Investors need to check MIS and books properly, it is a small hint for them.

No guidance 24x7 work culture HR changed the company policy to 6 days a week without notice Employee are treated like slave No one in the company has industry experience about anything Founder thinks that a Product manager is also a salesman who should travel for sales 4 hours a day

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
