Employees are not properly classified for the designated job. You need to do works related to all departments. Basically being tech support executive you need to help clients with their technical issues of accounting software. Only good thing is that, YOU WILL BE PAID ON TIME.

Being tech support executive, you need to do works of all departments. YOU NEED TO SOLVE ACCOUNTING PROBLEMS & MORE IMPORTANTLY "SALES TARGETS WILL BE GIVEN" YOU WILL BE ALLOTED WORKS OUT OF YOUR RANGE WHICH YOU HAVE TO ACCOMPLISH AND REPORT BACK., Which is quite different from the designated job profile.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
