I have worked for long. Your incentive will be on hold. You cannot take leaves.if you think alot if questions will be asked. Leadership is very weak and selfish. They will give lecture about all buy EOD it's useless. All the reviews are fake here, because all these reviews were asked by the management to fill in positive way..

No appreciation-no work life balance- no incentives-despite the hard work. Very poor HR manager (neha jakmola) need mutiple follow up with these idiots to get your things done. very poor manager stuti agarwal siddhant shukla , these people are blood suckers! factsuite is in loss, on a verge to shutdown, PF amount is on hold for employees since oct 2023, and the vendors are not paid for long time as well. so almost all the potential employees as well as vendors have part ways from factsuite. As of now the situations are way beyond worst, in the name of targets, an unrealistic numbers are set to achieve by the team members. due to which the employees are leaving the company. Its very very risky to be a part of this company at the moment as it on a verge to sink. As the vendors are taking strict legal action against the company. Kindly NOTE: These are my honest reviews about the company and not otherwise!!

Amazing job with the transition to remote working- the technology & processes in place have made it easier to stay connected and productive. Great team bonding and supportive colleagues to work with. Positive work culture with great work-life balance. Employees are encouraged to try out new things, which helps foster creativity and keep things exciting.
