About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with a proven ability to analyse financial data, prepare accurate reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: • Accounts Receivables: o Conduct monthly Billing activity with raising customer invoices and concluding the billing activity. o Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Billing process. o Well versed with collections process and able to communicate with client eAectively. o Handling customer queries and provide resolution. • Financial Analysis: o Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. o Prepare financial reports based on identified trends, risks and valuable insights. o Conduct cost-benefit analyses and other financial evaluations. • General Ledger: o Prepare multiple JVs and accurately posting in books. o Conduct regular debtor and creditor reconciliation. o Daily bank reconciliation and updation of ledgers. • GST and TDS: o Know about all statutory related matters. o Preparation of GST workings and provide assistance in filing monthly and annual returns. o Preparation of TDS workings and provide assistance in filing Quarterly returns • Tax Compliance: o Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. o Visit GST and Income Tax oAice as per the requirement. • Financial Systems: o Maintain and improve financial systems and processes. o Should be well versed with Tally ERP and working knowledge of Zoho books will be an added advantage. • Ad-hoc Projects: o Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a finance role. • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally ERP. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. • Experience in Service industry preferred.
