Talented engineers. The work is challenging. Facilities of the office are great - huge cafeteria, nice office space, transport services.

.... The company uses old technologies which are not very useful for a good resume. Pay structure is average, could be better according to market standards.

1. Compensation doesn't match the market standards 2. Job security at risk when there's an uncertain situation (Higher management never consider the employees' well being in such situations)

Job security is good. Pay is good with fair amount of increment. Good management with less hierarchical dependency. Company policies are also beneficial and supportive. Good place to work for a long period of time.

Team could work more systematically. Usefulness of employees can be increased.

Great culture, from your manager to top you will have culture to promote your good work, the food , free transportation, your skills would also be developed, the company makes sure to develop your skills, great leave policy

The compensation they pay is little low but overall everything else gets compensated, the training phase should be given for product development as well as a rotation

Salary No flexibility regarding work we need to show 8hrs production and they will hire for one process and along with they give multiple trainings for other process as well and it's difficult to manage and will not get the work satisfaction
