I work mainly on Java and the development tasks are very few. The product is being migrated to the web and the rewrite team uses lot of new technologies but it not prioritized as the product still gets production issues. There will be no work pressure and it has a chill culture. For a fresher it is an ideal choice who gets to experience the corporate culture.

Dislikes

There are politics in some teams in a different team but my team is good one. You get to work on only one technology and if you want to switch you need to more than 1 technology. Only 4 mandatory leaves per year. Also, we get 1.25 casual and 1.25 flexi per month. So the leaves are less.

If you have worked on weekends, you will surely get comp off. 4. HR management is great, they will listen you. 5.
