Compensation is very poor in FACTSET across all the roles.It is not my opinion instead internal survey conducted by organisation through Glint.As you know that same role people are getting 5 times more in other companies. Work load also increased alot compare to last three to four years.It is ok to have workload but there would certain limits. All we know if company failed to do so additional burden to the employees.

I am working as accounting and store keeper Invoice verification and Statment taht is make payment vendors. Monthly ceak report in purchase order and invoice verification process.

Dislikes

As a accounts payable process but not a not a money which a company to pay it's venders purchase goods and services on credit basic on balance sheet

Sometimes even few employees were met target and other parameters, ratings are based on some other factors, which may lead to poor performance and low hike.

Likes

Its a great platform for beginners. Lots of new things to learn on a daily basis. If you perform well, the result from the company ends outperforms you. Job secuirty depends on the best you can perform & compete others.The work shifts are too good which helps in maintaining a work life balance.

Dislikes

Irrespective of many good things, the only thing which disappoints is its compensation & hike, which is very low while comparing with its competitor. But the best thing which changes the mind sets is people with whom you work over there.
