Nothing special the job in Factset is like a running race need to be always at no 1 position to get good pay. There is no focus on team work no development no carrier growth you just need to do work work work if you are not in top in the race you will be fired so every quarter you need to increase the pace and be more competitive

The experience you get here is not beneficial especially for financial operations no company will prefer or consider as experience, lot of politics right from team lead to top managers, The hikes will be decreasing drastically as you tenure increase, No focus on employee career progression all the time they focus on the work to be done, In WFH the situations are so bad during the peak the call you and ask to login after shift hours that to at midnight WFH has made work horrible at weekend they call at any point of time and ask to start work...Read More
