Third class company. No teaching! Just fake Documentaion work is going on in all subjects. And forcing other faculties to do the same thing just like freshers, false documentations. Lots of micromanagement!

They're hiring freshers for maths, apptitude, softskills with low pay and posting in hot cities. No one is mesmerized with the beauty standards of these young girls. Stop doing cheap things! Fresher pay Coimbatore head office - 15k Across india client location - 25-30k but these guys are doing fashion show in sarees with students! What culture arumugam is designing! Fresher female faculty and master students doesn't have much age differences. No proper Syllabus. there is no teaching as well. Only fashion show! Shame on your arumugam, saravanan, and ashok. From students multiple complaints raised on these freshers math and aptitude. HR and Ashok hiding all these information, and saying no complaints on freshers. math and Aptitude is total waste Chatgpt math. important questions paper. m0ther fukr. students fee is high.

The manager is very rude and doesn't have any sense of talking with juniors and they keep on hiring and then forcing the employee to resign by giving unachievable targets.

they didnot provide accomodation to women employees also..they are asked vacate the rooms immediately after an assignment completed even in the middle of the night...i faced this issue when we complete an assignment in kits college warangal they told us to vacate immediately after completion of classes..we dont know actually where to go at that middle of the night..they did not allow us to wait till morning...this is the way they provide security to women employees..please dont join in this company....

Sales People's Please Don't Ever Join This Company They Will ruin your life, this company doesn't even know how to run a sales team,I worked there 2 months almost 100+ employees hired and fired... Never ever join this company for sales and marketing... 0.000% job security they will fire you within a minute.. mostly freshers are the joiners there so freshers be carefull.

1) No work-life balance 2) Internal politics 3) Poor Management 4) Karthik, the CEO focuses only on getting clients and increasing the overall profit of the organization but never gives a thought about employees. 5) Poor leadership quality and 1 such example is Karthik Raja.
