New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

No teaching! Just fake Documentation work is going on in all subjects. And forcing other faculties to do the same thing just like freshers, false documentations. Lots of micromanagement!

Fresher pay Coimbatore head office - 15k Across india client location - 25-30k Fresher female faculty and master students doesn't have much age differences. No proper Syllabus. there is no teaching as well. Only fashion show!

nothing to like about this company..

they didnot provide accomodation to women employees also..they are asked vacate the rooms immediately after an assignment completed even in the middle of the night...i faced this issue when we complete an assignment in kits college warangal they told us to vacate immediately after completion of classes..we dont know actually where to go at that middle of the night..they did not allow us to wait till morning...this is the way they provide security to women employees..please dont join in this company....

Sales People's Please Don't Ever Join This Company They Will ruin your life, this company doesn't even know how to run a sales team,I worked there 2 months almost 100+ employees hired and fired... Never ever join this company for sales and marketing... 0.000% job security they will fire you within a minute.. mostly freshers are the joiners there so freshers be carefull.
