Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

If you want to improve your knowledge this is a very good platform. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Only downside is the need to relocate after completing projects

...relocation. It will be difficult for married people to stay with their families. And no benefits apart from salary. No paid leaves at all.
