Today is 10th October 2024. It is 2nd day of Durga Puja. Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. In case the decision was shared months back employees should have planned accordingly. However, as it is decided in the middle of Puja. It has made things worst. Complete worthless management.

Fabindia is big company in Retail. We have done lots of learning in this company. I have learn selling skill & system knowledge like Tranter IN ,Transfer out, weekly report Monthly report.

I have to increase my salary. Last 3 year I do not have incise my salary in fabindia KRA.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

...system and throw out those who were working any how in this pandemic situations. Saying that they dont have budget to pay new employee. Just to show that even in pandemic situation they are taking care of there employee they kept on roll employees and simply said good bye to those who were on probation. Worst experience of retail in whole career of 10+years

There is a lot of politics and racial discrimination. Management doesn't address staff issues. Career growth is too slow. Important is the training session are too complicated. My opinion is It should be want easy to understanding for the staff. Trainer are so boring.
