New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

You will get exposure towards the craft segment of India, thats all.

Dislikes

The verticals are not organised,need to improve in terms of decision making. Salary is decent but there is lack of manpower and resources which in turn leads to extra working hours & days. Not suitable for someone who needs work-personal life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation is way to low but most importantly arrogance and impoliteness are the biggest turn offs here. Some people mistake arrogance to the confidence, when in reality two are poles apart. people are less accustomed to accept their own fault and blaming others is easier and convenient for them. being polite and humble towards people is most of the time missing attributes.

...mployees properly during the difficult time of covid-19. During covid-19 approx. 30 percent of employees are lost their job and rest are getting deducted salary 30 to 50 percents. Fabindia is not supported to their employees as expected.
