Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Freshers who are interested in continuing in IT for a long time, can able to develop themselves.

Dislikes

...the careers of good resources. We won't get opportunities to develop the skills. Salary delay issues. Poor work-life balance and very very poor project management. Finally, No comments about the HR team.

Main think I like in FA Software Services is Working environment. There is no barrier for learning new skills in this organisation. During COVID -19 they are supporting employees by Daily checking employees body temperature before entering and Providing Kabasura Kudineer every two days in a week.
