I worked English organisation at Corona time They did not provided the salary as promised, for year, I have to survive on half salary. Everyone was working remotely being an IT for this organisation was Calling employed to work from office. Colleagues were good, but the higher management was quite strict.

Dislikes

Lack in department control system like some vendor has Direct Contact to Manager and department head. They allow them to work at site without give any information.
