There was nothing to like and spending everyday was unbearable.

... as it was his important work to which she didn't answer so she have to bear Rs.1000/- penalty on her salary. 5. No Job Security - In the span of 2 months I saw so many people getting fired without any notice or valid reason. Same happened with me in mid of the month as the director was smart enough to hire me in mid month, and save half month's salary as he can fire anytime, be it just before salary. 6. No Fixed Payday - I was told that the pay day is between 7th to 10th of every month, but the fact was that we had to wait for 14th or 15th to get our salary. 7. I was fortunate enough to leave the company right after second month as it would have a waste of time and resume, but I revived F&F for the month of March, 2021 in September, 2021 that too after calling them atleast 50 times a day even a police complaint. BTW there is already case of fraud running on them in reported at Vaishali police station.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
