Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Tasks were lengthy but straightforward. Flexible timings.

Dislikes

They had initially offered to give monetary compensation for the two month internship, but after a month, there was no transparency or compensation and internship ended soon.

Selfish people company,company of fools, don't know anything about marketing,n thinks that is someone is fluent in English then they only knows everything. Worst experience, N most important NO JOB SECURITY.
