Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Not Supported in a single term, they are not giving salary, Laid Off employees, just giving 25% salary for 2 months i.e. April and May, but after that they put all employees on Leave Without Pay for next months.

Dislikes

Management is Worst, not having sense to do business. If they dont have money to take care of employees, then why they are running a company, Poor Management.

Capable one gets the opportunity to give input. First proving yourself is harder and if you are successful in doing so, one gets the opportunity in full.

Dislikes

Many times electricity goes off and in summers it's not bearable sometimes.There should be backup of it. May be now company is providing it. Also proper cafeteria should be there.
