Company culture is not good. Good solutions will neither be accepted nor appreciated. Your immediate managers lack the required technical expertise required for managing the IT team. Company sticks to using old methods and practices with little to no focus over code quality and stability. Very strict office hours. You have to sit back at office even if your assigned tasks have been completed for the day. You have to complete the full office hours to mark yourself present for the day.
