The culture is good. Peoples are very helpful. Work-life balance is good. You get many types of holidays. Saturday & Sunday Off. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

I will not recommend joining this company if you are fresher or someone who really wants to upscale your skills. They are not updating their technologies. For example, if the current version of angular in the market is 14, the eZee product was built on Angular 5. They don't want to update their products to the latest technology.

Work environment and equality I like the most. Ceo, Cfo or any other higher designated person seating together with employee and keep watch or can say keep on eye whether anyone needed any help or can say all work is going well or not. Also they always motivates each and every employees to saw their talent, ideas and innovative. I really miss eZee technosys and will be so happy if gets chance to work again with them.
