No work life balance Gender pay disparity Leadership are only there to pretend to be on calls and barely have any idea about what the team is doing. Can't even close open positions on time. The HR and hiring managers are pathetic at hiring people with the right skill set

1. Salary is offerred based on job role, not on previous drawn salary. 2. Ample leaves. 3. Better work life balance than country practice. 4. Good increment Y-O-Y. 5. Even being GDS unit you get to learn & grow your sector knowledge, not a typical copy paste work.

1. Few locations are given more preference than others. 2. Promotion / YE rating process lacks transparency. 3. People with same rating at same level have different hike %, for which reasons are not specified.

Everything is based on project. If project is good and always sending appreciation then good else you will end up losing the variable pay and increment. Worst thing is flat hierarchy, you never know whom to contact for any purpose. Headache - competency, if on bench ..nightmare.. anytime you can receive mail asking to leave.. assessment one after another..
