Everything is based on project. If project is good and always sending appreciation then good else you will end up losing the variable pay and increment. Worst thing is flat hierarchy, you never know whom to contact for any purpose. Headache - competency, if on bench ..nightmare.. anytime you can receive mail asking to leave.. assessment one after another..

If you are lucky enough to be part of the right team, you'll have good work life balance and a good team culture where you'll at least not be absolutely terrified of Mondays and drag through your week for the weekend. The leave policy was good while I was working at EYGBS. My team and team culture was devoid of toxic politics and I had the opportunity to decide what I want to do.

...ned in the JD also, the actual job is far from what the initial expectation was. The hiring process is a nightmare, salary is miniscule, almost every function has absolute chernobyl level toxicity, leaders favour their own people. Talent is colluded with head hunters for hiring and you'll get zero results on applying directly to career page. I was a part of an internal support team and had access to data and people from various functions in EY GBS. Apart from the fact that there is absolutely no clarity to ANYONE what they are doing, if you are a yapper you might succeed but in an incompetent space such as EY GBS, your likeability is your biggest asset, since there is no real work that gets done here.

..., paying in pennies, long working hours, booze, being wasted, and no upskilling. In short, it's like the life of a person who got their first job all party mood, but low salary, leading to a happy life with stability.

Dislikes

No learning and growth, have to butter the seniors, low salary, hell for introverts. But but you will really enjoy the culture here, company spends a lot here for team bonding activities

Its a best place in case you don’t want to grow in your career. month end you will be paid doesn’t matter how good or bad you are

Very bad salary hike, leaders themselves doesn’t know what they want from team members, you have to be serious every time otherwise you will be considered as immature but if leaders are making fun you need to smile and nod your head in their favour. Doesn’t matter how good or quick you are with your work you need to do overtime to get may be promotion

Working hours are fine. No work pressure outside of 9-5

Dislikes

Salary, benefits, unsupportive work culture. Nobody will stand by you everyone will look for someone to put the blame on and noone is of much help, everyone is as clueless as a layman!
