Exposure to complex returns and working with US team. EY will provide to strong learning platform. Specially Tax - Very good exposure to US taxation. Flexible working hours and zero micromanagement. If you're ready to compromise money over learning, EY is better option

Dislikes

Salary is very very low compared to industry. Need to work minimum 60 hrs a week during busy seasons ( also on Sunday for last 3-4 weeks of busy seasons) I think the scheduling [ 1200 to 1500 hrs per annum ] North- south divide and also favoritism

1. Salary is offerred based on job role, not on previous drawn salary. 2. Ample leaves. 3. Better work life balance than country practice. 4. Good increment Y-O-Y. 5. Even being GDS unit you get to learn & grow your sector knowledge, not a typical copy paste work.

Dislikes

1. Few locations are given more preference than others. 2. Promotion / YE rating process lacks transparency. 3. People with same rating at same level have different hike %, for which reasons are not specified.

What I like about the company is Salary. They provide you good package, bonus and increment. You will get lot of opportunities to learn latest technology.

Dislikes

Everything depend upon your team . If you get good team, it is really a good opportunity. But because of my team I got health issues and finally I have to put my resignation within 3 months of joining.

...nagers. - Setting high end goals from day 1 - Not respecting the personal space - Be aware of the pay as they offer less than the promised one in the offer letter - There is no proper HR support to raise the concern - IT helpdesk is really useless as majority of them is unaware of things. Still they are at 1980s technology. - Toxic work culture - No work life balance - Step away from EY for a peaceful life

Nothing good except 3 days as work from.gome, full office politics, no promotion after being manager, no salary benefit

Full office politics, if you are favourite you will get everything thing even not good, but if you are honest hard and smart worker you will get kicked on your .....
