Compensation is comparatively good

Work life balance is jus a funny word for them. Working 24/7 without even overtime benefits. Unrealistic expectations from employees. No proper headcount in the team. Peak seasons are like nightmares and off season is jus that we get a breath time.

...en salaries, even for people doing the same work and coming from same campuses - Not walking the talk - management takes no interest in genuine pay parity even though there is a program being run for it - very little transparency in appraisals and ratings

I feel so so assured with job I have and need not worry about job security. Work culture in EY has always been employee friendly, at the moment I’m enjoying each and every moment i spend in EY.

I would recommend if a better salary hike could be provided every year and also wish to see more and more IJP.

... and the quality of work, you get promotion only based on tenure and sycophancy. No work life balance Gender pay disparity Leadership are only there to pretend to be on calls and barely have any idea about what the team is doing. Can't even close open positions on time. The HR and hiring managers are pathetic at hiring people with the right skill set

Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.
