Salary, benefits, unsupportive work culture. Nobody will stand by you everyone will look for someone to put the blame on and noone is of much help, everyone is as clueless as a layman!

here job security is good , but work culture completely depends on which you are in , some teams are good and some are pathetic, where whatever you do nothing gets recognised and every employee gets over burdened with loads and loads of work with no recognition.
