Very bad salary hike, leaders themselves doesn’t know what they want from team members, you have to be serious every time otherwise you will be considered as immature but if leaders are making fun you need to smile and nod your head in their favour. Doesn’t matter how good or quick you are with your work you need to do overtime to get may be promotion

Salary, benefits, unsupportive work culture. Nobody will stand by you everyone will look for someone to put the blame on and noone is of much help, everyone is as clueless as a layman!

No work life balance Gender pay disparity Leadership are only there to pretend to be on calls and barely have any idea about what the team is doing. Can't even close open positions on time. The HR and hiring managers are pathetic at hiring people with the right skill set
