There is nothing positive that seems to be good in EY.

Dislikes

...nagers. - Setting high end goals from day 1 - Not respecting the personal space - Be aware of the pay as they offer less than the promised one in the offer letter - There is no proper HR support to raise the concern - IT helpdesk is really useless as majority of them is unaware of things. Still they are at 1980s technology. - Toxic work culture - No work life balance - Step away from EY for a peaceful life

...eat exposure. The company is great for a fresher or a mid-level senior employee. Benefits: * Reasonable salary and hike * Upskilling opportunity * Exposure to real world business setup * Health insurance * Team Outing is amazing * Hybrid work culture * Flexible working hours * Leaves * Other benefits: great discounts on huge brands - Sterlin Hotels, Forest Essentials, Free Cult membership, Kalyan Jewellers.

Dislikes

Extremely hectic working hours. One might have to work for 18 hours a day. No diversity in management. The managers only hire based on language and mainly their relatives. Employees get promoted without any leadership skillset.

Likes

I feel very fortunate to work with EY, especially during times when other companies are laying off the employees. EY has taken care of its employees in every aspect. I hope it continues to do so in future.

Dislikes

The salary is very low when compared to other competitors, but in teams, like mine, where I work at any time and also where I work more than 12 hours days, we expect and desire more than just a same salary. Even till now we maintain full productivity. However there’s a lot of office politics, which sometimes are unbearable. I have worked with other teams where EY culture is more evident, but it doesn’t seems to apply to my team. They are much focused on work hours if we fail to reach the target then there is no difference between those who under perform vs those who miss by 1 or 2 percentage. Also if by automation, may chance to less work they won’t considered this factors while giving appraisals they have to concentrate on work hours and this is bitter truth for MNC’s.

Like the bonus they give, learning opportunities, people we work with, exposure to other countries and chance to work with clients directly

Dislikes

Not being able to charge the amount we work and end up working more than needed to show 9+ hrs of work done.

Likes

Starting they will give good salary package but after that they will ignore you

Dislikes

No value recognition, no promotion even after working hard for your company. Feeled ignored by company interns of motivation or extra curricular activities. Will not get goodies like other companies. Poor employee management
