I am proud to be a part of this organization because of the clear and inspiring vision set forth by our managing director. I am confident that the pathway he has laid out will lead the company to even greater heights. I appreciate the company's commitment to maintaining strong relationships with each individual employee, and I am especially proud of our focus on promoting female empowerment.

We cannot imagine the company without the present managing director, if he is replaced with anyone I don't see any further vision for the future of this organization

About good teamwork in all departments and a nice cooperation with Leads and inter department matters and if there's any issues, they resolve the issues in clear possible manner with client requirement possibilities.

Dislikes

Lack of on-time promotions and appraisal during my point of time and not a worthwhile employee skill developments from company side. Not given enough worthable work for potential candidates.
