Low pay at entry level; They expect you to work a lot but would pay you pennies. Difficulty in changing role; You need to connect and be in people's goodwill to get a role of your liking. Lack of projects; 2 people do the work, and 4 get to take the credit. There is a shortage of projects, so they would expect you to support your stakeholders with whatever they need.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
