Work is challenging at times, but I like a little challenge. Not something that would turn out be so stressful though.

...hey can come up with horrible lies just so employees continue to hang onto them. But when it comes to promotions and pay raises, they avoid you as much as they could!

Likes

Nothing except the monthly pay, however, the job itself isn't sustainable.

Dislikes

The problem is not that this is a high-pressure job, the problem is that this is an extremely toxic work environment created by the CEO of the firm. The amount of harassment, disrespect and mental abuse that employees go through at this firm is unheard of in a corporate setup. The firm prides itself in hiring some of the smartest minds in the industry but lacks the basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism important to nurture and retain this talent. Avoid it as long as it's your only option and look for another job right away, no future there!

Salary is best in industry. Benefits are also good like Gratuity is not part of your CTC, Health Insurance for Parents is covered which also beyond CTC.

Dislikes

...not credited regularly, they credit EPF after 6 months so there is a loss. TDS is also deducted from salary but they don’t credit it to IT dept, they do it on the last day of the ITR filing and form 16 also provided after that.

Some projects were interesting, and a few team members were highly skilled.

Dislikes

...clear technical direction, leaving developers to figure things out on their own. There was constant pressure to work long hours without additional compensation, and leadership did not appreciate the extra effort. Feedback was rarely acknowledged, and career growth opportunities were limited. Employees felt like numbers rather than valued contributors.

...e from my boss. I enjoy meeting new people and developing relationships at work. There are several projects and prospects for professional advancement, as well as work flexibility and competitive compensation.

During my first weeks, there were a lot of expectations and pressure.
