My role involved establishing rapport with potential clients, only to have an Exusia salesperson swoop in at the last minute to finalize the deal with a generic sales pitch. This bait-and-switch tactic left me feeling like expendable lead generation, not a value consultant. The promised commissions never materialized, and the experience was a complete professional letdown.

There were awful levels of office politics here. It made the work environment toxic and proved to be stressful for people like me who liked to work in peace. If you couldn't play the gossip and politics game with some terrible people, they became hostile and aggressive and started spreading rumors about you. No one could avoid it. BEWARE!
