Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

The way the company's provide the compensation as well promoting the talented person is super cool

Dislikes

pressure would be there as this is sales base job. But main issue is that there is no brand ambassador for the company nor any marketing is there where the people would not be aware of the organisation.

> Supportive bosses and HRs. > Scope for internal transfers in case one doesn't fit rightly within a team. > Dedicated IT team. > Laptop for each Faculty Member. > Overall a great place to work.

Dislikes

> The process for Leave Applications is a bit complicated. > Too many plans, not enough execution. > Recording Schedules are often too tight. > Little room for autonomy. > Coffee Machines that can make you fat because of their Sugar content. 😜😜

Salary comes on 7th. Hardly any false deductions. A lot of fun activities. Free food. Other teams are good.

Dislikes

Dude, the foundation team sucks. Not defined KRAs. If they just pointed out any one weakness, or fault, you'll be blamed forever for it. They'll program themselves like this. No open door policy at all. Manager means everything. Multiple projects at a time. If you want comfort, you'll have to be favourite or good in your manager's eye. That's it. Hard work/smart work doesn't payback here. Favouritism at its peak. They work 1/4 of the time and show it 3/4 of the time. Other teams are good.

Salary is not deducted for our team though its deducted in some teams , so totally depnds on your profile

Dislikes

There is no job security . Company has updated its termination policy and can terminate without any reason . There are no leaves , like if you are sick or not not able to work on any day then your pay for the day is deducted . Only 4 days off in a month . Work 12 hrs a day (as you are at home )

...ut, because of his egoistic and 'head strong' nature disturbed the whole Team. Though the management didn't have enough admissions to be profitable, they paid the salary on time and cleared all the dues for everyone.
