I am glad to be a part of this amazing company and especially to be working with the marketing department. The seniors are amazing and they make everything easy.

There is nothing to like about this worst company i have ever worked with. Work culture is pathetic. I worked as Content Developer for Chemistry for 6 months. Unrealistic targets were given by HODs. My HOD was one hell of torchurous lady. She used to insult me in meetings. I am such a jolly and happy person but after working in extramarks I went into depression. For the first time in my life, i felt what depression feels like. I was just tolerating all this and then i was laid off without any notice. This company is such a scam. Dont ever think of working with this company.

... They used to mark me absent any day by saying that today we dont have any work. And the day will be marked as Leave without pay. Karma is /——- and she will follow what she has done. You all can imagine the level of frustration i had about this company and the HOD of Chemistry

Salary on time. (But no time to spend it) Free lunch and snacks (but no time to have it) Enough leaves (but no permission to take it)

KRAs were not well defined. Micromanagement. Toxic work culture. Inter/intra team disputes. Depressing environment. Robotic responses. Frequent resignations from peers(avg 3 people per month per floor) Sudden changes in short term as well as long term goals. Pseudo emergencies.

No skill training no development No activities for employees, low salaries high revenue target, salary deduction on the basis of revenue no matter how hard you work, lower mental health, sudden laydown in every 2-3 years after generating revenues 250 convenience for travel around ncr for just 1 meeting

Its been almost 9 months as a ASM. Overall managers are good.. but few lazy managers are getting salary without working in field. They are cheating the company and getting full pay. Company have to monitor those cheaters. but company is fine. But u r under pressure. Overall support is 100% from senior managers. No politics and they are friendly.

Unwanted Pressure company expects too much business. but ground reality is totally different,. Sudden changes internally so its affecting your Pipeline leads. Have to enquire the reality with ground working Managers not only with Senior managers.
