They hire people on high salary, and for freshers also they offer a good starting package
...d Conditions.Though they hire people on hire package, but there is no basic pay. Conditions wii apply in your salary
2. Company change their policies very frequently. POOR Management
3. NO WEEK OFF, at interview they will say 6 day working but unofficially they force you to work it happens on pan india basis
4. No learning options, you can't grow internally.
5. They fire employees very frequently. You can't find LONG TERM WORKING Employees here.

... impart valuable education to students. There content was good and satisfactory. They did not support us through this covid in terms of salary but by imparting quality education to students they helped students somehow.
Work culture good. Team members are supportive and helpful too.
Pressure from managers side. Salary as promised was not given. During this lock down at lease the salary amount should be given as promised (fixed) but company kept changing policy every 15 days.
Its been almost 9 months as a ASM. Overall managers are good.. but few lazy managers are getting salary without working in field. They are cheating the company and getting full pay. Company have to monitor those cheaters. but company is fine. But u r under pressure. Overall support is 100% from senior managers. No politics and they are friendly.
Unwanted Pressure
company expects too much business. but ground reality is totally different,.
Sudden changes internally so its affecting your Pipeline leads.
Have to enquire the reality with ground working Managers not only with Senior managers.
As there is no HR/admin, there is no cohesive work culture. Very toxic work environment.
Managers have no clue how to handle teams, no work planning and last minute decisions.
Supervision is missing here. Senior Mangers are silent goons. If you are working good, they will never highlight your work. They will keep u confused saying u r good resource offline, but on company reporting system you found you haven't done anything. Managers have their lobby and they want to create a monopoly of authority. You will not get any help from the side of management. If you are buttering you are stable and can get anything. Anytime you get PIP if your reposting manager is unhappy with you whether u r performer or not.
Seniors earn money too by selling company's services which are totally free by company for schools, saying it is paid and chargeable and earning lakhs and lakhs per month as extra income.
