1.In comparison they have plenty of terms and Conditions.Though they hire people on hire package, but there is no basic pay. Conditions wii apply in your salary 2. They started operations in Goa in the month of October , before entering a new market a good company would do some research and marketing activities , this pathetic company did nothing , no support from the management HR department is very much useless

Well! I loved to impart valuable education to students. There content was good and satisfactory. They did not support us through this covid in terms of salary but by imparting quality education to students they helped students somehow. Work culture good. Team members are supportive and helpful too.

Dislikes

Pressure from managers side. Salary as promised was not given. During this lock down at lease the salary amount should be given as promised (fixed) but company kept changing policy every 15 days.

The job was good. I learnt new things. It was a struggling phase at first but then I learned to do sales and taste different roles within the same team.

Extramarks is good platform to prove ourselves, my training was done at banglore, coming to work, it is completely office work for me... If you people are in interested in Marketing or sales it's is good platform you can reach your goals within a span of time... If you reach your targets you will have growth.. It is completely based on our performance

We can't manage work n life balance... Here monday is the holiday.. So we have to leave our personal life.. Main thing I dint like in this job, some wht politics will run trough good prrformers.. I jst don't like
