No work life balance, sometimes you may have to come home at 1 am at night for making a sale. You will be abused by your managers. If you can not meet the target they will throw you out without thinking twice.

Worst culture , Politics against employees by their own managers , Seniors just manipulation their employers to spend their own money on customers, Some managers don't know how to manage teams , Gurpreet singh working on manager level don't know how to manage team just threating to cut off the salary for the sake of revenue, you'll gonna work hard and they'll gonna cut your salary without of any reason , you have to invest your own money and in return you'll not even get full salary , I am talking about Mohali office , Don't ever work in Extramarks specifically the Guy gurpreet singh Turban guy who doesn't know how to talk , how to behave , worst work culture ever. If you want to waste your own money then you can join.

My overall experience was too bad, company culture was bad, there is salary deduction process and only 1 holiday in a month, this company is not good for career because no job security is there, traveling issue and 7 working days, company culture and service towards customer is too bad, my only suggestion never choose extramarks for career

- Compensation they are offering. - My Teammates were too good - Since you will be meeting many parents your personality and communication skills will grow. Rest it is a monotones job so there is no other skills you are going to develop, same calling and conduction.

...dustry. National Holiday, Festivals anything be ready to call and be on field. - There is some amount of money deducted from salary which has no record even in the salary slip. Complained a lot to Manager, Sr. Manager, HR yet no response. - No WiFi, No cafeteria, systems won't work, Office infrastructure is pathetic, Single occupancy small washroom. - No Team activities or outing

This is edtech company trying to copy leading edtech. Im worked here for 3 months. This will be worst experience & biggest mistake of my life. Company is totally based or fraud. Product is so cheap that i haven't recommended it to my relatives or friends. Company forces their employees to deceive people & customer. Expects unrealistic things from all employees ( not only sales, all other departments too).

No work life balance , company thinks that this is only company paying suchhhh a big salary ( 28k only ) & management will remind you tons of times , no fixed work timing, management doesn't trust any employee after first month, in month they will show many dreams to employees with their so called success plans but you will end regret about your decision.
